The TOKii-04SCBS is a programmable screw counter designed for use with ASA BS Series tools. It supports screw counting from 1–99 pieces and provides configurable inputs, outputs, counting direction, job settings, timing functions, and torque display for controlled fastening operations. The system can monitor screwdriver start and torque signals, help prevent mis-counting, and provide PASS/FAIL control for assembly processes.
